    Board Directors confirms on achieving customers aspirations and commends on the last session achievements
     
     
     

     
     
    Chamber Board has reviewed on Tuesday meeting, June 8th, 2009 the results of the general assembly which was held last week, and stressing on the need to achieve the customers aspirations for business development in the region.
     
    Asharqia Chairman, Mr.Abdulrahman Bin Rashid Al Rashid praised the Council efforts and achievements for the last session and the Council former members.

    Throughout the meeting AlRashid explained that the Council welcomed the opinions and views aimed to promote and support this entity confirming that the Assembly during its meeting reviewed the achievements of the chamber and the results of its financial statements and plans for next year; also open the discussion for all members without exception before the close of the meeting.
     
     The meeting highlighted the chamber declaration of its financial statements over the past years, which done and audited by Ernest & Young, one of the big four accounting companies in the world; and the most keen on adopting global and Saudi accounting standards.
     
    Moreover; the Chamber Board commended on the support of His Highness Prince Mohammed bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz and his deputy, Prince Jalwi bin Abdulaziz and the support of His Excellency the Minister of Trade and Industry, Abdullah bin Ahmed Zainal and his dedication on the stability of Chambers.
     
     The Council also noted to the news published by local newspaper on Thursday, June 3, 2010 which indicate a lack of professionalism reflected by the newspaper in more than one subject published over the past two weeks included an abuse to the Eastern Chamber without to verifying accurate information.

    As the Board has appealed its members to participate, pointing out that the Council will be there to respond and react to any action intended to threaten the Council stability.
